Ensure effective coordination with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance & HR Key Skills Achieve targeted Sales & Collection monthly by proper forecasting & planning. To be within the Budgeted cost for achieving profitability. Expand Channel network in strategic locations & achieve the numbers monthly. Plan and execute promotional activities monthly for brand building. Supervise and develop sales & marketing team in skills & competencies for delivering results. Responsible to achieve the assigned targets of the State Managing Channel sales and executing promotional plans Leading sales team and adding new business partners Responsible for the collection of outstanding Responsible for sales, collections, and profits at a regional level. Prepares budgets and sales plans in collaboration with the Sr. RM/ZM. \ Guides the team and monitors the sales, collections, stock liquidation. Responsible for designing and implementing schemes for promoting sales and conducts product demonstrations for old and new products. Required Candidate profile Current experience in Fertilizer Manufacturing Industry is mandatory Experience. hard core Sales & Marketing experience predominantly in the areas of Fertilizers and ready to travel extensively.
