To be within the Budgeted cost for achieving profitability. Expand Channel network in strategic locations & achieve the numbers monthly. Plan and execute promotional activities monthly for brand building. Supervise and develop sales & marketing team in skills & competencies for delivering results. Responsible to achieve the assigned targets of the State Managing Channel sales and executing promotional plans Leading sales team and adding new business partners Responsible for the collection of outstanding Responsible for sales, collections, and profits at a regional level.
