Position: Marketing & Sales Support Executive

Administration)Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the marketing team with preparation of quotations, proposals & tender documentation (domestic & international).
Prepare & update MIS reports, sales trackers, and dashboards using Advanced Excel.
Maintain databases for leads, clients, and tenders.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for follow-ups.
Support in preparing presentations, marketing materials, and client communications.
Manage front office operations calls, visitors, correspondence, meetings & travel arrangements.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in
Advanced Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, Data Cleaning).
Knowledge of
domestic & international tendering processes
.
Excellent communication & organizational skills.
Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
Pleasing personality with professional etiquette.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in
Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing
or related field.
13 years
of experience in front office, administration, or marketing support roles.
Experience in handling
quotations, tenders, and client correspondence
preferred.
