About the Role

As our inbound lead volume grows, were seeking a sharp, detail-obsessed Offshore Marketing Operations Associate to join our marketing team. This role is critical to ensuring that every lead is captured, qualified, and handed off seamlessly to our Sales Account Executives. Youll be the operational backbone of our lead management process, working closely with US and India Marketing teams, to maintain speed, accuracy, and clarity across our marketing and sales workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Intake & CRM Management

    • Log and track all inbound leads with precision
    • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the CRM
    • Maintain lead status and lifecycle visibility for the sales team
  • Sales Inbox Monitoring

    • Monitor the sales email inbox in real time
    • Identify and escalate qualified inquiries
    • Filter out spam and irrelevant messages
  • Sales Handoff Coordination

    • Confirm hand-off of qualified leads to Sales Account Executives
    • Track follow-ups and ensure no lead falls through the cracks
  • Process Optimization

    • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
    • Maintain documentation of workflows and SOPs
  • Cross-Team Collaboration

    • Work with US Markteting team, to align on strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2- 4 years of experience in marketing operations, sales support, or CRM management
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fast response timeable to act on inquiries within minutes
  • Mastery of idiomatic American English (written and verbal)
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours from an offshore location
  • Tech-savvy with strong command of email tools, spreadsheets, and automation platforms
  • Experience working in remote teams and navigating cross-cultural communication
  • Prior experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or professional services
  • Familiarity with lead scoring and qualification frameworks
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Mailchimp, Marketo)
