Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites across Rapid Care and its brands.
• Build and customize WordPress themes, templates, and plugins based on business needs.
• Translate design mockups and wireframes into fully functional websites with strong focus on UX, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, security, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
• Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and business applications into WordPress.
• Manage databases, backups, and overall site security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to deliver scalable, high-quality websites.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress updates, tools, and web development trends.

• Integration: REST APIs, third-party tool integrations (CRM, analytics etc). 
• Performance Optimization: Caching, minification, image optimization, CDN configuration.
• SEO: Technical SEO best practices, schema markup, website architecture.
• Security: WordPress hardening, SSL, firewall setup, backup/recovery tools.
• Good to Have: Familiarity with React/Vue.js, task runners (Webpack, Gulp), cloud hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean, cPanel), design collaboration tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
