MIS - Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Revenue Analysis & Reporting

• Gather, consolidate, and analyze digital revenue data from CRM, ad platforms, and internal systems.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly

  MIS and performance reports

  with business units and management.
• Track revenue trends, identify performance gaps, and highlight actionable insights.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all digital revenue reports.
• Support digital campaigns with post-campaign performance analysis.

2. CRM Coordination & Data Management

• Work closely with the

  CRM team

  to ensure accuracy of lead, opportunity, and conversion data.
• Monitor CRM dashboards and ensure all leads are correctly tagged, updated, and processed.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or data quality issues to the concerned stakeholders.
• Coordinate with CRM team for resolving integration, reporting, or process issues.

3. Lead Management & TAT Monitoring

• Connect with

  lead SPOCs / business units

  to track lead flow and ensure adherence to

  TAT (Turnaround Time)

  for lead response and closure.
• Maintain a central tracker for lead lifecycle (from generation to closure).
• Highlight delays, lapses, or follow-up requirements with respective units or teams.
• Generate weekly/monthly

  lead performance reports

  , showing conversion ratios, response time, and lead aging.

4. Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Share monthly reports and key insights with business units, digital heads, and management teams.
• Liaise between

  digital marketing, CRM, sales, and operations

  to ensure seamless data flow.
• Participate in review meetings to present data trends and recommendations.

5. Process Improvement & Automation

• Recommend and implement improvements in reporting formats, templates, and data visualization.
• Support automation of recurring reports using

  Excel Macros, Power BI, or Google Data Studio

• Work with IT/CRM teams to enhance lead tracking and performance dashboards.
