• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT business analyst working with large organizations • A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field, or a combination of other relevant experience and education.• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills• The ability to negotiate with stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.• Advanced business process and technical background. • Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills• Knowledge of requirements modelling and technical documentation• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, ServiceNow• Knowledge of workflows and process automation• Knowledge of Change Management processes is an asset• Experience in one or more of these fields Telephony/BPO, Backoffice applications (mailroom etc.), workforce management • Certification in business analysis, CBAP or PMI-PBA an asset."
