• Schedule and calendar management: Manage and organize the CEO's professional and personal schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
• Communication: Handle and filter incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
• Travel arrangements: Coordinate and book all travel logistics, such as flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Document preparation: Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Liaison and support: Act as a point of contact and liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including staff, clients, and partners.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Special projects: Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed, which may involve research and data gathering.
• Event coordination: Help with the planning and organization of executive and corporate events.
• Expense and budget support: Manage expense reconciliation and assist with department budgets.
