• Strong knowledge of consumer data management practices (quality, harmonization, mapping) with direct application to marketing datasets• Hands-on expertise in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) for building dashboards, reporting KPIs, and presenting insights• Well versed with governance reporting and insight delivery related to data quality checks• Proficiency with Digital marketing tooling (CRM database, E-commerce platforms, Google Analytics etc) and cataloguing and governance tools (Collibra, Purview, SharePoint, Confluence)• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with marketing and insights teams• Knowledge of data management principles and data profiling techniques• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)• Experience with automation or scripting for marketing data quality checks• Knowledge of secure data handling and regulatory compliance in consumer data• Exposure to working across multiple markets or global marketing operations .
