We have an urgent opening for Assistant Facility manager for one of our client at Powai Role & responsibilities Assist in managing facility operations and maintenance activities. Coordinate and oversee maintenance staff and service providers. Ensure the facility meets health, safety, and regulatory standards. Monitor and manage facility budgets and expenses. Plan and execute facility improvement projects. Respond to facility-related emergencies and issues. Maintain records of facility maintenance and repairs. Support space planning and allocation efforts. Conduct regular facility inspections and audits. Preferred candidate profile Graduate with 3 to 4 years of experience of managing soft services in any corporate office. Good in communication
