Job Description

  • Strong C++ development experience and familiarity with cross-platform build environments (CMake, Ninja, etc.).
  • Experience working on large-scale open-source projects or with Git-based contribution workflows (pull requests, code reviews).
  • Solid skills in debugging, issue investigation, and patch development.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English for asynchronous collaboration.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude toward open-source contribution.
  • Willingness to learn WebKit architecture and community contribution processes.

this will be a contract role with SISC ,will be routing through other partner

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Participate in the upstream WebKit community by identifying, investigating, and fixing issues that affect build stability and functionality.
  • Submit patches or improvements to the WebKit upstream repository as part of ongoing contribution efforts.
  • Engage in code reviews, issue discussions, and technical conversations within the WebKit community.
  • Document technical findings, workflows, and lessons learned to build internal knowledge and maintain transparency.
  • Active participation is Webkit Open Source Contributions
