Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Specialist, located in Surat. The role involves managing and enhancing the online sales process, interacting with customers to provide excellent service, implementing marketing strategies to boost online sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing journey. Additional responsibilities include monitoring online sales channels, addressing customer queries, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and respond to their inquiries.
• Proven experience in Sales and Online Marketing to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Capability to provide training and support to team members as needed.
• Proficiency with online sales platforms and basic knowledge of e-commerce tools is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
• Experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
