Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Sales Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of online sales strategies, managing inventory, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of online sales, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping.

2. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock levels, and optimize inventory management processes.

3. Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, including processing, packaging, and shipping.

4. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze online sales performance, including sales metrics, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.

5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

6. Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of online sales operations staff, providing guidance and support.
