## Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Sales Growth Manager to develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth, increase revenue, and improve customer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and implementing effective online sales strategies.

## Key Responsibilities

1. Online Sales Strategy: Develop and execute online sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and improve customer engagement.

2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in online sales.

3. Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.

4. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze online sales performance, website analytics, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.

5. Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize online sales processes, including website user experience, checkout process, and customer support.

6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to drive online sales growth.

7. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.


## Requirements

1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in online sales, digital marketing, or e-commerce.

2. Proven track record: Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving customer engagement.

3. Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

4. Digital marketing expertise: Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC advertising.

5. Communication skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


## Preferred Qualifications

1. E-commerce experience: Experience working in e-commerce or online retail.

2. Data analysis: Experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics.

3. Digital marketing certifications: Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads.
