Key Responsibilities

Monitoring Online Presence:

• Track and monitor online mentions, reviews, and comments across various digital platforms.
• Utilize monitoring tools to stay informed about brand sentiment and address potential issues promptly.
  

Reputation Analysis

• Conduct an in-depth analysis of online sentiment and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and insights on the company's online reputation, highlighting areas of concern or success.
  

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement ORM strategies to enhance and protect the company's online image.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align ORM efforts with overall brand goals.
  

Response And Engagement

• Craft and implement effective responses to online feedback, both positive and negative.
• Engage with online communities and customers to build positive relationships and address concerns.
  

Content Management

• Create and optimize positive content for the company on various platforms to enhance online visibility.
• Work with content creators to ensure a consistent and positive brand narrative.
  

Crisis Management

• Develop crisis management plans to address potential reputation threats swiftly and effectively.
• Act as a point of contact for urgent ORM issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• ORM and Crisis management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with ORM tools and technologies is a plus.
