BC Web Wise is a full-service digital marketing agency known for our strategic brand services, world-class creative work, and in-depth consumer research. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Monitoring Online Presence:** - Track and monitor online mentions, reviews, and comments on various digital platforms. - Utilize monitoring tools to stay informed about brand sentiment and address potential issues promptly. - **Reputation Analysis:** - Conduct in-depth analysis of online sentiment and trends to identify areas for improvement. - Provide regular reports and insights on the company's online reputation, highlighting areas of concern or success. - **Strategic Planning:** - Develop and implement ORM strategies to enhance and protect the company's online image. - Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align ORM efforts with overall brand goals. - **Response and Engagement:** - Craft and implement effective responses to online feedback, both positive and negative. - Engage with online communities and customers to build positive relationships and address concerns. - **Content Management:** - Create and optimize positive content for the company on various platforms to enhance online visibility. - Work with content creators to ensure a consistent and positive brand narrative. - **Crisis Management:** - Develop crisis management plans to address potential reputation threats swiftly and effectively. - Act as a point of contact for urgent ORM issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities. - Excellent communication and writing skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - ORM and Crisis management experience is a plus. - Familiarity with ORM tools and technologies is a plus.
