ORM (Online Reputation Management) Intern

• Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and social media feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist ORM executives in implementing strategies to enhance client brand perception across platforms.
• Track, document, and report online reputation metrics using dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting templates.
• Support the creation of positive content and campaigns to strengthen brand image.

• Basic understanding of Online Reputation Management (ORM) practices.
• Good communication, writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.

• Prior internship or exposure in ORM or digital marketing projects.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, review management tools, or basic analytics.
