Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage brand mentions across social media platforms and online forums.
• Respond to customer queries, reviews, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the internal team to escalate critical issues and resolve customer concerns.
• Track and analyze ORM metrics to improve brand sentiment.
• Assist in creating reports and providing insights for brand reputation enhancement.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to handling brand reputation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta, and online review sites.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Has a background in mass media or advertising or related fields.
