Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-oriented Online Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing for e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of email marketing, Facebook and LinkedIn marketing, and a proven ability to generate high-quality leads. They should also have experience in converting vendors and dealers through digital outreach and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms
  • Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to engage prospects, generate leads, and onboard vendors and dealers
  • Identify, target, and convert vendors and dealers using strategic digital communication and lead nurturing funnels
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Create compelling ad creatives and promotional content in coordination with the content and design teams
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Work on SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic
  • Drive consistent lead generation through multiple channels including social media, email, and paid campaigns
  • Track ROI, campaign KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media
  • 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically for e-commerce platforms
  • Strong hands-on experience in email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or Klaviyo
  • Proven expertise in Facebook Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and online lead generation
  • Knowledge of how to convert vendors and dealers through digital outreach
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, and campaign management dashboards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads or Meta Certified Professional
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to run A/B testing and optimize conversion funnels

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
