Manage and drive the inside selling team to develop a strong lead pipeline and pre-sales customer need validation. Develop inside sales as key core capability. Develop, recruit, hire, manage, and mentor team members to develop a strong commercial team to drive and maintain a high level of performance and collaborative work environment. Manage Cancard Social Media accounts to be consistent with the overall company marketing strategy and plans. Lead and assist Company Leadership and Board of Directors in strategic and tactical projects. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred. Minimum 5 years of healthcare technology sales and / or marketing experience. Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience required. Hands on Expert level knowledge of content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, Google analytics, Google Ads development and deployment required.
