Job Description

An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating visual branding, online marketing, and great user-centred design solutions.
Experience of 5-7 years with design tools such as Illustrator, and InDesign mandatory.
Bachelors degree in design or equivalent professional experience.
Experience defining or maintaining a design style guide or branding guidelines.
Exceptional sense of typography, imagery, colours, composition and visual layouts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to gracefully defend your design decisions to executive management.
Knowledge of information architecture, usability, and UI Design.
Must keep up with & implement recent developments in the design industry.
Must experiment and learn new software s to speed up and facilitate the design process.

Responsibilities

Need to collaborate the little things which takes to design and execute entire campaign.
Creates original & compelling designs for all media.
Will be responsible for orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching team members.
Generate clear ideas and concepts in accordance with the copywriter working on designs to produce an effective advertising campaign.
Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas.
Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.
Cooperate with the rest of the design team across different types of media Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes, implementing changes.
Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions.
Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.
Editing the results for presentation to the client.
Take up project work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
Should have a flexible approach and willingness to adapt ideas to the needs of clients.
Has a keen eye for visual details and accuracy.
Able to manage work under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
Up to date on the latest tools, their features and capabilities.
Quality check & review of Junior designer s work.
