Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing and executing online marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility, driving traffic to digital platforms, and boosting conversion rates. This role involves managing campaigns across various digital channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital marketing, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and display advertising. SEO & SEM: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve organic and paid search rankings and drive high-quality traffic to the company’s website. Content Marketing: Develop and manage content marketing strategies to engage target audiences, including blog posts, social media content, and video marketing. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) by creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and analyzing performance. Sales generation across third party platforms: Post products and generate sales by B2B and B2C across third party platforms. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management. Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing software, etc.). Proficient in data analysis. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts, user behavior, conversion optimization, and digital campaign management. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or other digital marketing certifications (preferred but not required). Key Attributes: Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to generate new ideas. Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating across teams. Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns. Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
