Job Summary:

Online Leak Sealing Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise

  online leak sealing operations

  across refineries, petrochemicals, power plants, and other critical industries.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure safe and timely execution of leak sealing projects.
• Evaluate site conditions, recommend appropriate leak sealing techniques, and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Prepare and review job procedures, risk assessments, and method statements for all operations.
• Coordinate with clients, operations, and project teams to ensure seamless job planning and execution.
• Ensure strict adherence to

  safety, health, and environmental guidelines (HSE)

  during all operations.
• Monitor job progress, manage resources, and ensure proper documentation of job reports.
• Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of field staff and supervisors.
• Handle troubleshooting, emergency leak sealing operations, and ensure minimal downtime for clients.
• Maintain equipment readiness, consumable inventory, and ensure proper calibration of tools.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum

  8–12 years of experience

  in

  Online Leak Sealing operations

  , with at least 3–5 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of online leak sealing techniques, compounds, clamps, enclosures, and injection systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
• Familiarity with

  HSE standards (OSHA/ISO/OSHAS/ASME codes)

  related to leak sealing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
