IMMENSE INDUSTRY, established in 2016, specializes in on-site machining and portable machine tools, catering primarily to the pipeline engineering, refineries, power plants, and chemical & fertilizer industries. Based in Vadodara, Gujarat, we offer a broad range of portable and stationary machines, including pipe cold cutting and beveling machines, and flange facing machines. Our extensive expertise in piping, in-situ machining, and bolting equips us to provide both on-site and off-site fabrication and erection services. We are committed to customer satisfaction, quality service, and competitive pricing.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Manufacturing Division, located in Vadodara. The Head of Manufacturing Division will be responsible for overseeing production planning, ensuring operational excellence, and managing day-to-day manufacturing operations. The role includes maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and collaborating with other departments to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Experience in Operational Excellence and Operations Management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Experience in the machine manufacturing, machine shop and heavy equipment industry will be needfull
