Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Clutch, and government portals.
  • Prepare customized proposals and respond to RFPs/RFQs with compelling content and pricing.
  • Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Maintain client communication, understand requirements, and coordinate with the technical team.
  • Track bidding activities, success ratios, and prepare weekly reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 1- 3 years of experience in business development and bidding for IT services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with IT services such as web/mobile development, SaaS, and cloud solutions.
  • Experience using platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
