Deploy OneTrust cookie consent banners and Configure Cross-Domain and Cross-Device Consent.
Implement explicit consent capture mechanisms across all web forms and offline touchpoints. (e.g., concierge, dealer walk-ins)
Ensure compliance with GDPR, UK DPA, CCPA, DPDPA, and other regional regulations
Integration & Data Flow
Design and implement consent data stitching across multiple systems including offline sources.
Integrate OneTrust with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud for real-time consent data synchronization.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure and scalable API integrations.
Technical Leadership
Help in flagging dependencies & getting relevant information from privacy, legal, and IT teams.
Define user roles and access controls for various stakeholders (privacy, legal, development).
Provide guidance on mobile SDK implementation for iOS and Android platforms.
Reporting & Compliance
Ensure traceability and auditability of consent across all channels.
Documentation & Best Practices
Help in preparing technical documentation, best practices for consent management and data governance
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of experience in configuring privacy platforms, preferably OneTrust UCMP.
Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy regulations.
Working knowledge to integrate Salesforce platforms seemlessly (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
Proficiency in web technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS) and API integrations.
Experience with mobile SDKs (iOS/Android) and offline system integrations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
OneTrust certification(s) in Consent & Preference Management.
Experience in automotive, retail, or similar industries with complex customer touchpoints.
Familiarity with Marketing Automation platforms and CRM systems.
