We are hiring for Onboarding & Learning Specialist

Responsibilities:

Key Skills for Success in This Role:

• Facilitation and Delivery: You will deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences to our employees, both virtual and in-person.

• Content expertise: Ability to ramp-up quickly and deliver Talent Development program content effectively.

• Program & Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex, long-term learning initiatives - tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering on timelines with high quality.

• Execution Focus: Detail orientation and discipline to deliver consistently, problem-solve in real time, and manage logistical complexity with excellence.

• Adaptable Mindset: You will need to possess a flexible and adaptable mindset, and can handle situations during facilitation, with resilience and positivity.

• Effective communication & Collaboration: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to connect with the learners and collaborate with other facilitators and program managers, for seamless execution of learning experiences.

• Business Acumen: Understanding of the organization's priorities and business strategy. This knowledge allows you to align learning moments with the organization's needs and make learning meaningful.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role in Talent Development or L&D

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and you can connect and build rapport with diverse audiences.

• Excellent execution, project management and multitasking abilities

• You have a strong passion for learning and development, and you are committed to your own professional growth and continuous improvement.

• You have a high level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability, and you can deliver results with minimal supervision and guidance.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, Talent Management, or a related field. Or equivalent practical experience.
