Your responsibilities will include developing learning programs with measurable outcomes, staying updated on industry best practices and trends in diverse learning methods, and utilizing various facilitation modalities to enhance the learning experience. Key skills that will be beneficial in this role include facilitation skills, effective communication, an adaptable mindset, proficiency in MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel, project management abilities, and the capacity for stakeholder collaboration.
