Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Onboarding

Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to explain Mutual Fund services, onboarding requirements, and activation steps.
Clearly articulate product features (mutual funds, SIPs, risk profiling, KYC, etc.) in simple and customer-friendly language.
Ensure customers complete all onboarding requirements (KYC, documentation, journey steps, etc.).
Address customer queries promptly and accurately.

Sales & Conversion Support

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable investment or onboarding solutions.
Support conversions by explaining benefits, features, and next steps.
Drive onboarding funnel improvements by achieving daily/weekly calling targets. Role & responsibilities
Process & Documentation
Maintain accurate call dispositions and notes in CRM/dialer systems.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations (especially SEBI guidelines).
Track and close customer onboarding follow-ups in a timely manner.
Quality & Compliance
Adhere to call quality standards, scripts, and compliance norms.
Deliver consistent, professional, and customer-centric communication.
Support audits and quality reviews by maintaining error-free documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication skills (English + regional languages preferred).

Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer onboarding, or customer service, preferably in BFSI.
Ability to explain financial products (Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, KYC, etc.) in simple terms.
Strong customer-handling skills with patience and clarity.
Comfortable with high-volume calling targets and fast-paced environments.
