On Call Consultant - OOH

As a Recruitment Consultant at QX Global Group, your role will involve making and receiving incoming calls from Health clients and candidates, placing candidates into new shifts, managing cancellations and escalations, booking shifts, and coordinating with Nurses for Shift bookings. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, managing various client rosters, and updating the internal Recruitment Management System for accuracy and compliance. Additionally, you will need to liaise with Hospitals/Staff Banks for booking shifts as per availabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Making and receiving incoming calls from Health clients and candidates - Placing candidates into new shifts and replacement shifts - Communicating effectively with clients and candidates - Booking shifts, managing cancellations and escalations/DNAs - Taking requests from Hospitals and Clients over the phone and Email - Coordinating with Nurses for Shift bookings - Maintaining relationships with clients and candidates - Providing a service that goes the extra mile - Managing various client rosters - Updating the internal Recruitment Management System for accuracy and compliance - Liaising with Hospitals/Staff Banks for booking shifts as per availabilities Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 -18 months of experience in UK Healthcare Recruitment for Nurses/Doctors, Booking Consultant, or On-call Consultant (OOH) - Strong desire to self-learn - Willingness to work on tight deadlines - Good Booking Knowledge (UK Nursing/Doctors) - Good Sourcing Knowledge (UK Nursing/Doctors) Location: Ahmedabad (On-site) As a Recruitment Consultant at QX Global Group, your role will involve making and receiving incoming calls from Health clients and candidates, placing candidates into new shifts, managing cancellations and escalations, booking shifts, and coordinating with Nurses for Shift bookings.
