Job Description

About the role:

The primary responsibility of the OMS Admin is to provide customer support globally for Aladdin users while maintaining high standard of controls.

Accountability:

Customer support for Aladdin

Understand and be knowledgeable of Aladdin both for public and private assets
Become a SME to support Aladdin users globally. This includes on-going training in Aladdin Academy, webinars, product releases
Understand the user permissions structure and maintain/create controls to ensure adherence to segregation of duties and audit reviews. Create and terminate users in line with ServiceNow requests
Portfolio on-boarding/setup: create and terminate portfolios in Aladdin in a timely manner. This includes portfolio groups maintenance in line with business requirements.
Troubleshoot issues in a timely manner to ensure that time-to-market is not negatively impacted

Skills Required

Understand financial assets: Equity, Fixed income, Derivatives, private assets
Understand and be knowledgeable of the trade lifecycle, including back-end, data feeds etc.
Strong organizational, analytical and troubleshooting skills (problem solver mindset)
Strong communication skills (internal and external stakeholders)
Detail-oriented and highly motivated
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision during HK hours
Ability to adapt/embrace change: proactive, flexible and able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Project Management skills
Advance Excel skills (formula, pivot table)
Previous experience with Aladdin or other OMS
