Job Description

  • Develop and implement a robust sales pipeline and funnel strategy for Passive Funds (Index Funds and ETFs) at the regional level.
  • Build and expand the distribution business by activating Retail MFDs, RIAs, National Distributors, and Wealth outfits.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with intermediaries and direct clients to ensure sustained engagement and sales growth.
  • Organize and lead knowledge sessions, workshops, and events to strengthen client relationships and promote product awareness.
  • Collaborate with product and research teams to secure approvals for Passive Products from NDs, Wealth Outfits, and Private Banks.
  • Identify product gaps and ideate new offerings tailored to market demand, contributing to product innovation and launch.
  • Ensure all institutional transactions and client interactions comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure timely documentation, reporting, and audit readiness.
