Asset Management

Short description of role

Job Responsibilities:

Work within the Asset Management team, in conducting assessment the bank’s loan book to support portfolio growth & assist with client retention.
Support strategic discussions by analysing data from multiple sources and preparing insights for management.
Collaborate with the portfolio management team to identify additional lending opportunities and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
Contribute to strategic projects that require a blend of financial analysis, business strategy, and market understanding.
Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, take ownership of your work, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to drive actionable outcomes.

Desired qualities and skills:

Skilled in MS-Excel, MS-Word, spoken and written English language
Strong understanding of financial statements including important credit risk metrices, ratios
Experience of creating succinct and analytical reports
Personal drive (proactive), flexible, creative (thinks out of the box), result driven, responsible, team player & fast learner
Hands on attitude, willing/capable to understand the big picture
Ability to succeed in a culture where change and speed are part of daily work

Education

MBA with specialization in Finance or Analytics – pursuing (final year) or completed.
