The team has extensive experience executing and delivering projects in B2B and B2C solutions.We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and modern enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have experience in microservices architecture, Oracle databases, and security/compliance tools. They should be passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems while mentoring a team of engineers and collaborating across functions to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java Spring Boot.
• Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Integrate secure coding practices and conduct vulnerability remediation using tools like Checkmarx.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues using Datadog or similar monitoring platforms.
• Work extensively with Oracle databases, ensuring optimized queries and data handling.
• Participate in code reviews and drive technical excellence within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend development and enterprise architecture.
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database and query optimization.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of secure coding standards and experience with tools like Checkmarx.
• Familiarity with application monitoring tools such as Datadog.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in sprint planning/reviews.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Prior experience in e-commerce or enterprise-scale platforms.
