JOB DESCRIPTION EGT ECO GREEN TECH PVT LTD is looking for a skilled and experienced O&M Manager to handle the end-to-end operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) , Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) , and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems. The candidate should be a self-starter, capable of managing teams and plant performance efficiently. Role & responsibilities Oversee daily operations of STP/ETP/RO systems Monitor plant parameters and troubleshoot system issues Lead O&M teams, manage shift schedules, and delegate tasks Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance Maintain compliance with PCB/environmental norms Record daily logs, prepare reports, and liaise with clients Optimize performance, reduce downtime, and control chemical use Coordinate with vendors for spares and consumable Key Skills: Expertise in MBBR/MBR/ASP processes RO system operation & maintenance Strong leadership and team handling skills Compliance knowledge (PCB/ISO/EMS standards) Client coordination and technical reporting
