Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Junior Officer to join our team at Asahi India Glass Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the glass industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient production and meet targets.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues.
Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proven experience in the glass industry, preferably in a similar role.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
