Job Title: Junior Officer (Only Male)
Location: Chakan, PuneGender: Male Facilities: Transport & CanteeniSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of Junior Officer (Only Male).About the Role: Key Responsibilities:• Assist the sales team in day-to-day Sales & Marketing activities• Approach customers along with the sales team for existing and new business opportunities• Act as a single point of contact for customers on behalf of the organization• Handle commercial activities such as quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer-related issues• Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports and other internal/external reports• Perform daily routine activities including customer reporting and system data entry• Manage account reconciliation activities• Monitor recoveries, outstanding payments, and amortization for assigned customers• Follow up with customers for timely payment realization• Maintain and manage control documents as per company regulations• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes
