Job Description

We are a Saudi-based construction materials supplier (sand & aggregates) looking for a full-time Offshore SDR (Sales Development Representative) based in India.

Your job is NOT to sell or negotiate. Your main responsibility is to identify and qualify the right contacts in Saudi companies and pass HOT leads to the Saudi manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Make 80120 outbound calls per day to a provided list of companies (contractors, ready-mix plants, block factories, landscaping companies, etc.).

  • Speak to reception / admin and identify the correct procurement / purchasing / project contact.

  • Collect: name, job title, mobile number, WhatsApp, and email of the decision maker.

  • Send short introduction messages via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email using ready-made templates.

  • Qualify if the company is active and buying sand / aggregates.

  • Update Google Sheet / CRM with complete and accurate information.

  • Schedule call-backs and hand over HOT leads to the Saudi manager.

  • Share a simple daily & weekly report (calls made, contacts found, hot leads, issues).

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years experience in cold calling / inside sales / BPO (international voice process preferred).

  • Very good English speaking and listening skills.

  • Comfortable making 80–120 calls per day.

  • Strong persistence – not afraid of rejection.

  • Able to work full-time in Saudi timing: 9 AM – 6 PM KSA (11:30 AM – 8:30 PM India).

  • Stable internet connection and quiet place to work.

  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
