Inside sales Role : (US Market)

We at Axcend Automation are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation and a proven track record in India & International sales. This role involves managing and growing our customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent understanding of Industrial Engineering (PLC, SCADA), Industrial IOT, MES, Predictive Maintenance, Data
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the industrial automation sector.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in international markets.
  • Should be strong with Lead Generation, Market Research, Email Campaign, Cold Calling.
  • Business development, Sales, Solutioning and Strategy building in Digital Technologies for engineering services industry
  • Exposure to industry verticals such as Industrial Machinery/ Automation/OEMs/Manufacturing etc.,
  • Strategize with clients to imaginatively create digital solutions that solve business challenges.
  • Must conduct market research and develop sales strategy for new service offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and potential New Business opportunities for New Logo Acquisition. Must achieve annual revenue target and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the industrial automation domain.
  • Proven experience in international sales and market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
