Job Description

  • Experience:

    Minimum

    8–15 years of experience

    in yard coordination or logistics within offshore oil & gas / fabrication yard environments.


  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily yard activities including material receipt, storage, preservation, and issuance to offshore sites.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and project teams for timely mobilization and demobilization of equipment, materials, and manpower.
  • Maintain accurate records of yard inventory, material traceability, and documentation as per project and QA/QC requirements.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of yard space and resources in compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
  • Supervise loading/unloading operations, lifting activities, and material handling in adherence to HSE procedures.
  • Liaise with offshore teams for dispatch schedules, loadout preparation, and material readiness for offshore campaigns.
  • Monitor and control material movements using ERP or yard management systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with housekeeping, safety, and operational standards.
  • Support fabrication and construction teams with timely availability of materials, consumables, and equipment.
