As we expand our footprint in Pune, Lucknow, and Noida, we’re looking for dynamic, result-driven Offline Business Development Executives to join our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and engage potential clients through offline channels such as campus outreach, local networking, and educational events.

  • Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong partnerships with educational institutions, coaching centers, and other key stakeholders.

  • Sales Presentations

Deliver compelling presentations and demos of Zell Education’s offerings to prospective clients.

  • Negotiation & Closing

Effectively negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets and drive business growth.

  • Market Analysis

Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Reporting & Documentation

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback to support strategic decisions.

  • Event Management

Organize and conduct impactful seminars and webinars to promote our programs and engage potential clients.

  • Team Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.

* Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in offline or field marketing, preferably within the EdTech or education sector.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in engaging and influencing stakeholders.
  • Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
  • Adaptability: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office and CRM tools.

* Role Details

  • Location: Pune, Lucknow, and Noida
  • Experience Required: 2–4 years in offline/field sales or marketing
  • CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
