About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Offline Marketing Executive to lead and execute on-ground marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor offline marketing campaigns to support brand objectives.
• Organize and manage exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, and promotional events.
• Manage outdoor advertising activities (hoardings, signages, billboards, kiosks).
• Build partnerships with vendors, agencies, and community stakeholders for campaign execution.
• Conduct market visits to identify branding opportunities and assess campaign impact.
• Support the sales team with lead generation and brand activation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in offline marketing, events, or brand promotions (real estate/hospitality preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
