Position Summary
The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the laydown quality specification. This includes conducting tests, analyzing results, and documenting quality data. The QC Officer works closely with production teams to identify issues and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Experience: 3- 5 years
The Role
- Hands-on experience of handling HPLC, GC, and other instruments and its troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Perform regular quality assessments and inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process items, and finished products as per specification and provide testing evaluations based on specifications and standards to ensure that safety and quality standards are met.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and improvement of quality control procedures.
- Ensure that documentation and records comply with internal standards and external regulations (e.g., ISO).
- Interface with cross-functional disciplines and resources like the PD Lab, Technical Services, and Manufacturing.
The Candidate
- M.Sc. in organic chemistry or analytical chemistry with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant laboratory experience in agrochemicals / chemical industries.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QC data management software/tools.
- Good verbal and written communication, presentation, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Work as a part of a team and can work well with others.
- Ready to work in rotational shifts.
