Job Responsibility:- Incumbent should have moderate level of understanding of OSHA, NFPA, ISO 45001. Incumbent should have excellent knowledge of local safety regulations like Gujarat factory act, MSIHC Rules, and other regulatory requirements (Annexures) etc. Incumbent should have ability to lead by example and promote a strong safety culture at pesticides manufacturing site. Excellent communication skills to train employees. Should have ability to led by an example. Strong problem-solving skills for resolving day to day safety issues efficiently with team spirit. Should have capability to keep accurate records of inspections, audits, and compliance reports. Should have ability to keep up with new safety regulations, technologies, and best practices. Should have exposure of interactions with regulatory officials. Should have capability to prepare documentation for National Level recognized award like NSC award and other equivalents award. Should be part of routine activity like Emergency response plan, Mock drills, Fire drills etc. Should have good hazard identification and mitigation skill at workplace.
