Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage payroll processing, including salary disbursement, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages through various payment modes (cash, cheque, net banking).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and amendments related to payroll processing.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or queries related to payroll processing.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
