Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain high standards of service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand networking requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance network capabilities and security.
Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to ensure knowledge sharing.
Provide support for network-related inquiries and assist staff in understanding networking systems and protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs.
Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security measures.
Proficiency in network monitoring tools and diagnostic applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex network challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
