Role & Responsibilities:

Talent Assessment & Development

• To run the talent assessment initiatives driven centrally across Band N as per given guidelines & formats.
• To work closely with the line managers in identifying the HiPos of the organizations
• To support in charting the Individual development plan for all employees as part of assessment
• To coordinate with the central team to ensure adherence of the HiPo development plan
• Availability of skilled positions 100% at all the times
• JDs, Induction, effective on boarding ensuring all the documents in place.
• Coordinating with Quality Dept. with respect to Quality audits, and closure.

Training & Development

• Ensuring TNI in coordination with functional HODs and robust Training Calendar and its adherence.
• To identify the training needs for all employees in discussion with the line managers
• To chart the learning calendar for the year Band N & Band Z based on the TNI as per the formats in SOP
• To coordinate & facilitate various training programs as per the calendar month, and ensure 100% adherence to calendar
• To identify external/internal trainer to conduct functional /behavioral trainings as per requirements
• To ensure maintenance of training records as per statutory compliance
• To design & deliver training programs as per requirements
• To ensure adherence & meet of training targets - Manhours YTD

Diversity

• To ensure formation & adherence to ICC norms / guidelines as per statutory requirements
• To be the SPOC for any POSH / Women employee grievance redressal

Administrative & Employee Engagement

• To coordinate & conduct employee connect activities as per the SPECTRUM Calendar
• Supporting in driving site engagements, and capability development initiatives.
• To connect with employees on a regular basis to redress any grievance and understand their pulse
• To maintain a record of the vendors managed and ensure renewal of the contract as per timelines
