Expertise in Non-IT Recruitment a. Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across various non-IT sectors and industries. 2. Client Coordination & Relationship Management a. Act as a liaison between clients and the recruitment team. b. Understand client requirements in detail (JD, specifications, expectations, culture fit, etc.). c. Ensure delivery of quality profiles aligned with the client's need. 3. Team Guidance & Requirement Discussion a. Brief recruiters on new mandates and ensure clarity in understanding job roles. b. Guide and support the team to meet client expectations. 4. Turnaround Time (TAT) Management a. Ensure submission of relevant profiles to the client within 3 working days of receiving the requirement. 5. Feedback Coordination a. Maintain regular communication with clients to gather feedback and status updates on shared profiles. 6. Sourcing Expertise a. Proficient in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. b. Provide support and guidance to the team in using sourcing tools effectively. 7. Training & Development a. Provide on-the-job training to junior recruiters. b. Mentor the team on effective search techniques, candidate engagement, and overcoming recruitment challenges. Biotechnology · B.E. Biotechnology · B.Tech. Biotechnology Job Overview: · Upstream and Downstream Fermentation Production Process · Monthly Production Batches Planning / Lab Planning · Achieve Production Targets · Work Allocation to Subordinates · Stock Coordination · Documentation · Inter-department Coordination Specific Skills: · Hands-on experience in fermentation (preferred) · Good biotechnology knowledge Key Responsibilities: 1.
