Job Description

As an Officer - Engineering at TSFL located in Sri City, reporting to the Manager- Engineering, your role involves the following key deliverables: Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for developing good maintenance practices, focusing on improvements & Kaizens for operation maintenance solutions, and validating all project implementations & process improvements assigned by the management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the team to operate machines without major issues and ensure machine availability meets targets - Set and monitor plant equipment performance against standards in areas such as equipment uptime, MTTR, MTBF, etc. - Monitor performance of utility operations, maintenance for plant equipment, especially Packaging Machines - Ensure compliance with legal & statutory requirements related to equipment - Maintain facility maintenance of the factory as per standards - Maintain RCA and tracker sheet of CAPA for closure of breakdowns - Ensure preventive maintenance of all equipment in the plant is executed as per criticality - Execute all Capex/projects allocated and meet cash flow targets - Conduct analysis on energy drive projects/kaizens for improvement - Meet safety and food safety requirements during maintenance and projects - Develop skill matrix & training calendar for the engineering team - Maintain spares of plant overall with ROL and ROQ - Develop SOPs, WI, and ensure documentation of all maintenance and project documents - Drive changeover reduction and automation projects - Analyze high consumption of spares and work on continuous improvement to reduce spares cost - Develop local vendors for imported spares and indigenization of spares - Drive cost-saving projects and maintain the allocated budget - Coordinate audits from safety, food safety, TPM, ISO, legal audits, etc. Qualifications Required: - Foster innovation in process optimization by effective operation & maintenance - Stay updated on advanced technologies for process improvement - Foster a culture of good maintenance practice within the organization Note: There are no additional details about the company provided in the job description.,
