Key Responsibilities • Provide guidance to vendor partners regarding contractor cell processes. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, including labor licenses and statutory requirements. • Manage biometric attendance data and vendor payroll processes (PF, ESI, and wages). • Address grievances and foster harmonious relations with stakeholders. • Prepare compliance reports, analysis, and presentations for internal and external use. • Promote social security awareness and maintain accurate records for compliance. • Drive initiatives for worker welfare and ensure timely resolution of IR issues.
